For domestic and international arrivals your chauffeur waits inside the terminal near the arrivals gate holding a name sign, then walks you to the vehicle. If you'd prefer a kerbside pickup instead, tell us when booking and we'll arrange a meeting point by text on the day.

We monitor your flight number and adjust the pickup automatically, so a delayed or early landing doesn't cost you the booking.

The fleet covers First Class sedans (Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series), Business Class sedans (Mercedes-Benz E-Class), SUVs, mini vans and large vans such as the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for groups. Sedans seat up to four passengers, people movers up to seven and large vans up to eleven.

Yes. Australian-standard baby capsules, child seats and boosters can be fitted for your journey — just tell us the age of each child when you book so the right restraint is installed before pickup.

We do. Wedding bookings are quoted by the hour or as a package covering the bridal party, guest shuttles and the departure car, with ribbons and unhurried timing built in.

Yes — private touring is one of our specialities. Popular days out include the Yarra Valley cellar doors, the Great Ocean Road, Phillip Island and the Mornington Peninsula, all in your own vehicle with the same chauffeur for the day.

Major credit and debit cards and PayPal are accepted at the time of booking, and account clients can be invoiced.
